广西留学归国人员后续发展调查研究

摘　　要：在对广西留学归国人员工作现状及后续发展进行调查问卷的基础上,获得了近年来广西高校留学回国人员的第一手资料,分析了留学回国人员的现状,提出了更好发挥留学人员作用的建议。尤其是针对广西高校留学人员管理和激励方面的建议,将对广西公派留学人员的规划、管理和回国后的后续服务、人员使用及相关政策的制定有一定的参考价值。Based on the questionnsire survey of the status quo and subsequent development of returned overseas scholars in Guangxi,this paper analyzes the status quo of returned oversess students from first-hand information about the returnees of Guangxi Universities in recent years.This paper also proposes some suggestions for bettering their subsequent development including suggestions of the management and incentive measures for oversees of Guangxi universities in recent years.This paper also proposes some suggestions for bettering their subsequent development including suggestions of the management and incentive measures for oversess-educated scholars in Guangxi.The research about status quo and subsequent development of returned oversess scholars and countermessures has important significance for the practice of the strategy of Guangxi human resource development in planning,management,and follow-up services and related policies of the returned oversess high-talents in Guangxi.
