摘　　要：文章概述2015-2017年间国际编目标准现状与进展,包括IFLA的《图书馆参考模型》(LRM)、《国际编目原则声明》(ICP)2016版、FRBRoo和PRESSoo、ISBD的发展与UNIMARC的更新;书目框架的开发,包括BIBFRAME 2.0词表,两次试验及相关研究项目BIBFLOW和LD4L系列;《资源描述与检索》(RDA)不同语种翻译与政策声明、治理结构国际化和3R计划(工具包重构与重新设计)。这三年的发展表明关联数据应用在图书馆编目领域成为一种方向。This paper outlines the status and progress of international cataloging standards for 2015-2017,including IFLA＇s Library Reference Model（LRM）, Statement of International Cataloguing Principles（ICP2016）,FRBRoo and PRESSoo,ISBD＇s developments and UNIMARC updates;the development of BIBFRAME,including BIBFRAME 2.0 vocabularies, Pilot phase 1 and Pilot 2, and related research programs such asBIBFLOW and LD4 L series; and Resource Description and Access（RDA）,its translations in different languagesand policy statements, internationalization of governance structures and 3 R（RDA Toolkit Restructure andRedesign） Project. From the development in 2015-2017,the application of linked data in library cataloging canbe seen as a direction.
