局部与全身激素治疗突发性耳聋耳鸣近期疗效的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较局部与全身激素治疗突发性耳聋耳鸣的近期疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2017年5月我院收治的突发性耳聋耳鸣患者196例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组98例和实验组98例。对照组采取局部激素治疗,实验组采取全身激素治疗,观察并比较两组患者的近期疗效、不良反应及并发症。结果实验组患者的总有效率为91.84%(90/98),显著高于对照组的79.59%(78/98),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率、并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论局部激素治疗突发性耳聋耳鸣临床疗效优于全身激素治疗,安全性较好,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the short - term curative effect of local and systemic hormone therapy on sudden deafness and tinnitus. Methods A total of 196 patients with sudden deafness tinnitus who were ad-mitted to our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 were selected as control group（n =98） and experimental group（n=98） according to random number table. The control group was treated with local hormones, and the experimental group was treated with systemic hormones. The short - term effects, adverse reactions and compli-cations of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.84% （90/98）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （79.59%, 78/98）. The difference was statistically significantCP^ 0.05） . There was no significant difference in the incidence of ad-verse reactions and complication between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Local hormonal treatment of sudden deafness tinnitus clinical efficacy superior to systemic hormonal therapy, safety is good, worthy of clinical promotion.
