摘　　要：动物疫病诊断技术标准体系的建立,对于防控重大动物疫病具有重要意义。目前,我国92%的陆生动物疫病有相应诊断标准,但仍存在覆盖率有待提高、部分标准内容有交叉或重复、标准老龄化等问题。本文提出了对标准进行清理整合,完善动物检疫标准体系建设,由多家实验室实施标准多方验证,加强具有前沿性和自主知识产权的高技术标准研制等建议,以期为标准制定工作提供参考。The establishment of a technical standard system for animal disease diagnosis plays an important role in preventing and controlling the major animal diseases. At present,92% of terrestrial animal diseases in China have their corresponding diagnostic criteria. However,there still exists some problems,such as the relatively low coverage rate of disease diagnosis,the overlap or repetition of some standard contents and the aging status of current standards. In order to provide reference for standard formulation,some suggestions were proposed,including sorting out and integrating the current standards,improving the building of standard system of animal inspection and quarantine,conducting multi-party verification of standards by multiple laboratories,researching and developing the high-tech standards with the leading edge and independent intellectual property rights,etc.
