摘　　要：区块链通过分布式与去中心化的架构,解决了信任问题,实现了价值的传递,对社会运作方式产生了颠覆性的影响。基于平行系统理论,提出平行社会由生产力社会和生产关系社会构成的基本框架,并阐述了平行社会间的辩证关系。考虑到区块链技术的作用领域,分析社会成本的基本构成与"第一性原理"、区块链体系降低生产关系成本的路径,给出平行社会的管理要点。研究结果表明:在平行社会协同演化的过程中,生产力社会决定生产关系社会,但生产关系社会的比重越来越大,生产力社会的比重越来越小。区块链体系通过去中介化和解决信任降低生产关系成本,区块链驱动下的平行社会管理需要以生产关系管理为核心,通过生产关系社会与生产力社会的分工与协作,降低社会成本、提升社会效率。Block chain solves trust problem and achieves value transfer through distributed and decentralized architecture,which affects the way of social operation. Based on parallel system theory,we propose a basic framework of society consisting of productive forces society and productive relations society. The dialectical relationships between the parallel societies are explained. Taking into account the action field of block chain,we analyze the basic composition of social costs and its ＂first principle＂,how block chain reduces the productive relations cost,and put forward several key issues in parallel society management. The result shows that in the co-evolution of parallel societies,productive forces society dominates the productive relations society,the scope of productive relations society is becoming larger and larger,while the scope of productive forces society is becoming smaller and smaller. Block chain reduces productive relations cost by means of disintermediating and building trust. In the management of parallel societies,we should focus on productive relations,through the division of labor,coordination between productive relations society and productive forces society,the cost could be reduced,and the efficiency would be promoted.
