生产性服务业FDI与制造业FDI的协同性

摘　　要：从城市等级视角出发,运用2003—2015年福建省空间面板数据验证了生产性服务业外商直接投资(foreign direct investment,FDI)与制造业FDI的协同关系。研究发现:福建省生产性服务业FDI和制造业FDI之间确实存在显著协同定位,且主要表现为生产性服务业FDI对制造业FDI的追逐;大型城市生产性服务业FDI和制造业FDI之间也存在协同定位,但主要表现为制造业FDI对生产性服务业FDI的追逐;而中小型城市生产性服务业FDI和制造业FDI还未形成协同关系。因此,大型城市应将引资重点逐步转向高端制造业和生产性服务业,而中小型城市仍应将引资重点放在基础制造业。Based on the spatial panel data in 2003 to 2015 from Fujian Province,this paper examines the co-location between producer service Foreign direct in vestment and manufacturing FDI and compares them between cities at different ranks.The study finds that significant co-location does exist between the producer service FDI and the manufacturing FDI at provincial level in Fujian in a trend of the producer service FDI chasing the manufacturing FDI in general,and in big cities this co-location is mainly presented in the chase by the manufacturing FDI after the producer service FDI while in smaller cities it hasn＇t really taken shape yet.Therefore,big cities should gradually shift their focus to high-end manufacturing and producer services,while smaller cities should focus on basic manufacturing.
