摘　　要：粮油加工业上市公司面临着融资难的困境,以2012—2016年的26家粮油加工业上市公司为研究对象,使用熵值法对粮油加工业融资效率进行研究发现,粮油加工业上市公司融资效率处于变动趋势;筹资效率表现较差,且股权集中度较高,现金流量偿还率较低。最后对粮油加工业上市公司融资效率提出相应促进措施。The listed companies of grain and oil processing industry are facing the difficulty of financing.The authors took 26 listed companies of grain and oil processing industry from 2012 to 2016 as the research object, using entropy method to analyze the financing efficiency of listed companies in grain and oil processing industry. The results showed that the financing efficiency of listed companies in grain and oil processing industry was in a trend of change, and the companies’ financing efficiency was relatively inferior with high concentration of equity and low repayment rate of cash flow. Finally, the promotion countermeasures of the financing efficiency of listed companies in grain and oil processing industry were put forward.
