摘　　要：目的建立医院自制制剂检验放行数据管理系统,实现医院自制制剂检验结果和放行数据的信息化管理。方法在Windows平台下利用Access数据库技术,建立医院自制制剂检验放行数据管理系统。结果创建的医院自制制剂检验放行数据管理系统,数据录入便捷、查询方便。结论医院自制制剂检验放行数据管理系统可高效率地进行制剂质量信息管理与数据分析,有利于医院自制制剂工作的制度化、规范化建设。Objective To establish inspection and release data management system for hospital preparations ,to realize informatization management of hospital preparations ＇inspection result and inspection release .Methods The data management system was constructed by using the Access database technology under the Windows platform to manage hospital preparation inspection and release data .Re-sults The inspection and release data management system of hospital preparations was convenient for data entry and inquiry .Conclu-sions The inspection and release data management system of hospital preparations can efficiently conduct information management and data analysis of preparation quality ,which is conducive to the institutionalization and standardization of hospital preparations .
