临空经济对区域经济发展的实证研究——基于中部六省面板数据

摘　　要：临空经济是国家推动区域经济发展的重要国家战略,各地纷纷出台建设临空经济区的规划,但其是否能够推动区域经济的发展需要验证。采用2005—2015年间中部六省25个地级市的面板数据,将机场的工作量作为临空经济发展的唯一指标,利用固定效应模型研究了临空经济对区域经济发展的影响。实证结果表明:第一,机场工作量对地区GDP总量的贡献率是0.083%、对地区人均GDP的贡献率是0.064%,且有显著的正向影响。第二,临空经济的发展水平越高,对区域经济发展的贡献度越大。中部六省应该抓住临空经济发展的关键期,为临空经济的发展提供政策支持,注重航空网络密集度的建设以及各交通运输方式的衔接,带动中部六省城市群的发展融合,实现中部崛起。Airport economy is an important national strategy of promoting regional economy,many cities in China have introduced the plans of constructing the airport economic zone,but whether it can promote the development of regional economy needs to be verified. In this paper,the central six provinces is regarded as an example,we use the airport＇s workload as the only indicators of economic development,the effect of economic development on regional economy is studied by using fixed effect model. Empirical results show that：firstly,the contribution rate of airport workload to regional GDP is 0. 083 percent,and the contribution rate of regional GDP per capital is 0. 064 percent,and there are significant positive effects. Secondly,the higher the level of economic development,the greater the contribution to regional economic development. So the six provinces in central international airport should take advantage of the critical period of economic development,providing policy support for the development of airport economy,paying attention to the construction of network density and the connection of each transportation mode,leading to the development of six provinces in central urban agglomeration integration,realizing the rise of central China.
