大学习背景下干部在职自学的现状与对策——以吉林省为例

摘　　要：干部在职自学是建设高素质干部队伍的重要手段,也是保证干部健康成长的实践基础。本文从时代意义、历史经验、自学特点几个维度对干部在职自学进行了探讨,在对吉林省干部在职自学进行调研的基础上,分析了干部在职自学存在的问题及影响干部在职自学的因素,提出了强化干部在职自学的对策,以期为广大干部适应新时代工作的需要提供借鉴。Cadres＇ on-the-job self-learning is an important means to build high-quality cadres,and is also the practical basis for ensuring the healthy growth of cadres.This article discusses the cadres＇ on-the-job self-learning from the aspects of practical significance,practical characteristics and historical experience,on the basis of investigating the cadres＇ on-the-job self-study in Jilin Province,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cadre＇s on-the-job self-learning and the factors that influence the cadre＇s on-the-job self-learning,puts forward the countermeasures for strengthening the self-study of cadres in service,in order to provide reference for the majority of cadres to adapt to the needs of the new era.
