摘　　要：各类新兴媒体作为一种重要的公共力量已经渗透到社会生活的各个领域,不仅改变着社会舆论的导向,而且对人民法院司法审判工作产生了较大影响。本文概述了新媒体时代涉法舆论的相关概念、特点及其理论基础,从认识、措施、协作、组织与责任五个维度剖析了目前人民法院舆论引导工作中存在的问题并提出了应对策略,以期对我国人民法院舆论引导机制的建构有所裨益。At present,all kinds of new media have penetrated into every field of social life.As an important public force,it has changed not only the direction of public opinion,but also the judicial trial of people＇s courts.Based on analysis of this research method involved in the new media era of public opinion related concepts,characteristics and theoretical basis,in-depth analysis of the people＇s Court of public opinion guidance mechanism for the problems from the five dimensions of understanding,measures,cooperation,organization and responsibility,and puts forward the coping strategies of ideology,judicial transparency,the quality of judges,Internet media and legal literacy and other aspects of the network legislation,in order to benefit the construction of guiding mechanism of China＇s people＇s court opinion.
