摘　　要：志愿服务记录制度是志愿服务制度的重要组成部分,完善和创新志愿服务记录制度对我国志愿服务体系化建设具有积极意义。目前,国内志愿服务记录制度的相关研究多限于实证研究范畴,少有理论性论述。可以以理性选择制度主义理论为基础,分析早期地方性志愿服务记录实践过程中的缺陷,以及与全国志愿记录制度推行可能存在的冲突、调适与合作,并通过规避地方实践中的不足与障碍,提出中国发展型志愿服务记录制度的构建路径。The institution of volunteer service records is such an important part of the volunteer serviceinstitution that improvements and innovations in the institution of volunteer service records is of positive sig-nificance to the systemization of volunteer service in China. Currently, the study on the institution of volun-teer service records in China is largely limited to empirical studies while few theoretical studies have beenconducted on that. The present study, based on the theory of rational choice institutionalism, analyzes thedrawbacks in previous regional practice as well as the potential conflicts, adjustment and cooperation be-tween regional and national institutions of volunteer service records. Finally, by avoiding the defects and ob-stacles in regional practice, the article suggests predictive paths for the construction of China＇s develop-ment-oriented institution of volunteer service records.
