摘  要:文中通过实验手段研究SF_6/CF_4混合气体中环氧树脂复合材料绝缘子试样的直流沿面闪络特性,实验中采用针—板电极结构模拟极不均匀电场情况,分析了气体压强、SF_6混合比以及电压极性对闪络电压的影响规律。实验中,电极间距为5 mm,实验气压为0.1~0.4 MPa。实验结果表明:当混合气体中SF_6混合比为40%时,在实验气压范围内,绝缘子闪络电压可达到相同气压SF_6中闪络电压的60%以上。针—板电极下SF_6/CF_4混合气体闪络电压的协同效应在正、负极性下区别显著,负极性下的协同效应较弱。同时,绝缘子闪络电压具有明显的极性效应,并且随着气压的升高出现了极性反转的现象,这是由于不同气压下正、负电荷对空间电场的畸变作用不同而导致的。综合环保要求和沿面闪络特性,文中研究成果为GIS设备提供了潜在的SF_6替代方案。Surface flashover characteristic of epoxy resin composite material in SF6/CF4 mixture were studied throughexperimental method,and the influence of several key parameters were analyzed,such as gas pressure,SF6 mixratio and voltage polarity. During experiment,the needle-plate electrodes structure to simulate the extremely unevenelectric field. The electrode spacing is 5 mm,and the testing pressure is 0.1~0.4 MPa. Results show that,when themix ratio of SF6 in the mixed gas is 40%,the flashover voltage of epoxy resin insulator can reach over 60% of theflashover voltage in SF6 with the same pressure. The synergistic effects in needle-plate electrodes system are of largedistinguish difference under different polarity,which is much weaker under negative polarity than that undernegative polarity. The flashover voltage shows significant polarity effect,but this effect reverses when the gaspressure increases. This reversal is because the distortions of positive and negative particles to the electric field areentirely different under different polarity voltages. Comprehensive environmental requirements and surface flashovercharacteristics,the results provide a potential SF6 alternative for GIS equipment.
