摘 要:金具电解腐蚀是高压直流输电线路上瓷和玻璃绝缘子一直存在的问题。针对用于表征腐蚀速率和发展程度的腐蚀电流与电荷量,分析了其测量原理与测量实现方法,研制了高精度宽范围的腐蚀电流测量装置并进行测量精度检验。采用盐雾法对绝缘子进行电解腐蚀试验,获得试验过程中腐蚀电流和电荷量,对数据进行了对比与统计分析。试验结果表明,绝缘子在盐雾环境中发生电解腐蚀的电流呈现波动性和随机性,绝缘子间的腐蚀电荷量呈现差异性,差异与绝缘子悬挂方式无关。此外,开发了一套腐蚀电流与电荷量在线监测系统并在±500 kV高压直流输电线路上进行安装,获得绝缘子串的腐蚀电流、电荷量、环境温度、湿度等数据。数据分析结果显示,随着相对湿度的增加,腐蚀电荷量和腐蚀电流的平均值均出现两种变化趋势,一种为明显的不断增加,另一种为先减小后增加的微弱变化。Electrolytic corrosion of hardware is always a problem in porcelain and glass insulators on HVDC trans-mission lines. Corrosion current and charge are for characterizing the corrosion rate and degree. The measurementprinciple and implementation method of them were analyzed. Then,a high accuracy and wide range equipment forcorrosion current measurement was developed. The electrolytic corrosion test of insulators was carried out by saltspray method,and the corrosion current and charge were obtained. The data were compared and analyzed statistical-ly. The results showed that the current during electrolytic corrosion test in salt fog presented fluctuation and disper-sion,and the corrosion charges were different among insulators. The difference is irrelevant to the mode of insulatorsuspension. In addition,an on-line monitoring system for corrosion charge was developed and installed on a ±500 kVHVDC transmission line. The corrosion current,charge,ambient temperature and humidity of the insulator stringwere obtained. Data analysis showed that with the increase of relative humidity,the average value of corrosion chargeand current had two trends,one was obviously increasing,and the other is decreasing first and then increasing.
