摘　　要：通过对区域的资源环境特点、循环经济产业现状、循环经济发展模式和标准现状进行分析后,运用程序分析法、模块化理论、生命周期理论等构建以基础标准和专业标准为主体,以技术、工作、管理三类基础标准子体系和企业、园区、其他三类专业子体系为主要内容的"4+6"模块化区域循环经济标准体系。The construction of the regional circular economy standard system requires not only scientific theoretical guidance, but also the design of regional characteristics and the level of circular economy development. This article builds the ＂4＋6＂ modular standard system of regional circular economy which contains the basic standard subsystems including technology, work, management, and professional subsystems including business, parks and other types by those theories like program analysis, modular theory, life-cycle theory and so on.
