对手术中发生脑脊液漏的患者用EC耳脑胶联合阔筋膜进行封堵治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的 :分析对手术中发生脑脊液漏的患者用EC耳脑胶联合阔筋膜进行封堵治疗的临床效果。方法 :将2015年2月至2017年4月期间在邛崃市医疗中心医院接受脊柱外科手术时发生脑脊液漏的68例患者随机分为A组和B组(34例/组)。在两组患者发生脑脊液漏以后,对B组患者用直接缝合修补术联合明胶海绵筋膜进行封堵治疗,对A组患者用EC耳脑胶联合阔筋膜进行封堵治疗,然后对比两组患者治疗的效果及安全性。结果 :与B组患者相比,A组患者术后脑脊液的引流量较少,从术毕至拔除引流管的时间较短,术后并发症的发生率较低,P<0.05。结论 :对在脊柱外科术中发生脑脊液漏的患者用EC耳脑胶联合阔筋膜进行封堵治疗可取得较为理想的效果。Objective： To analyses effect of EC glue combined with fascia lata for occlusion for the patients occurred cerebrospinal fluid leakage in operation process. Methods： Randomly divide 68 cases of patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage in spine surgery process to group A and group B（34 cases each group）. After cerebrospinal fluid leakage occurred, apply suture repair and gelfoam fascia for occlusion,apply EC glue and fascia lata,then compare treatment effect and safety in 2 groups. Results： Compare with group B, postoperative volume of drainage of cerebrospinal fluid of group A is less, the time of remove the drainage tube is shorter, incidence of complications is lower, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The effect of EC glue combined with fascia lata for occlusion for the patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage in operation process is good.
