摘　　要：留一块腹膜在肠壁上好过留一段肠壁在腹膜上。——佚名（再次手术分离腹腔黏连时）有经验的外科医师好像在吸引管顶端装了一个“大脑”，指挥吸管头在肠壁与壁层腹膜粘连之间寻求一个理想的分离平面。Better to leave a piece of peritoneum on the bowel than a piece of bowel on the peritoneum. At times it seems as though there is a brain in the suction tip that allows it to find the perfectly appropriate adhesion plane between bowel wall and parietal peritoneum.
