2014～2016年南京地区35家医院免疫调节药物利用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解南京地区免疫调节药物的最新应用情况和发展趋势,为临床合理使用免疫调节药物提供参考。方法:根据江苏省医药情报研究所提供的南京地区2014~2016年免疫调节药物的销售数据,采用金额排序法和用药频度分析法,对本地区35家医院近三年免疫调节药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)、序号比值等指标进行回顾性统计分析。结果:免疫抑制药销售金额排名前3位的药物是他克莫司、吗替麦考酚酯和环孢素,DDDs排名前3位的药物是雷公藤总苷、他克莫司和吗替麦考酚酯,总销售金额和总DDDs均呈增长趋势,销售金额与DDDs的序号比值在0.5~4.0之间;免疫增强药销售金额排名前3位的药物是白细胞介素、乌司他丁和匹多莫德,DDDs排名前3位的药物是白细胞介素、羧甲基淀粉钠和匹多莫德,总销售金额和总DDDs呈波动性,销售金额与DDDs的序号比值在0.3~2.0之间。结论:南京地区免疫调节药物的应用现状基本符合当前患者的用药需求。建议治疗时根据药物的特点和患者实际情况实施个体化给药,避免滥用,保证临床用药安全、有效、经济的基本原则。Objective： To evaluate the utilization of immunoregulatory drugs in 35 hospitals in Nanjing area,and provide a clinical reference for the rational use of drugs. Methods： According to the sales data of immunoregulatory drugs in 35 hospitals in Nanjing area from 2014-2016,the utilization of immunoregulatory drugs was analyzed retrospectively in respect of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC,by using amount analysis and drug frequency analysis. Results： The top 3 immunosuppressive drugs in the list of consumption sum were tacrolimus,mycophenolate mofetil and Cs A. In terms of DDDs,tripterygioside and tacrolimus,mycophenolate mofetil ranked top 3. The consumption sum and DDDs of immunosuppressive drugs increased year by year in Nanjing area. The ratio of serial number of consumption sum and DDDs was from 0. 5 to4. 0. The top 3 immunopotentiating drugs in the list of consumption sum were interleukin,ulinastatin and pidomoder. In terms of DDDs,interleukin and sodium carboxymethyl starch,pidomoder ranked top 3. The consumption sum and DDDs of immunosuppressive drugs was fluctuating. The ratio of serial number of consumption sum and DDDs was from 0. 3 to 2. 0.Conclusion： The application of immunomodulatory drugs in nanjing was basically in line with the current trend of patient＇s need. The treatment should be taken according to the characteristics of the drug and the actual situation of the patients to avoid the abuse. To ensure the safe,effective and economic basic principles of clinical drug use.
