摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石术的手术配合体会。方法回顾性总结分析2016年1月至2018年1月我院新开展腹腔镜下胆总管切开取石术手术配合体会。结果6例手术均顺利开展，术中严格执行无菌操作，术后患者恢复良好，取得满意的临床效果。结论良好的护理配合是手术能顺利开展的重要保障。Objective to explore the operation of laparoscopic choledochotomy tor lithotomy.Methods a retrospective analysis was made on the operation of laparoscopic choledochotomy in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018.Results all the six cases were successfully carried out, and the operation was performed in strict aseptic operation, and the patients recovered well and achieved satisfactory clinical results.Conclusion good nursing cooperation is an important guarantee for smooth operation.
