前列地尔脂微球注射液治疗糖尿病神经损害的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察前列地尔脂微球注射液治疗糖尿病神经损害的临床效果。方法对本院2016年10月-2017年10月收治的102例糖尿病神经损害患者资料加以分析，分成2组，各51例；对照组行前列地尔粉针刺治疗，实验组行前列地尔脂微球注射液治疗，比对2组临床效果。结果：实验组腓神经、正中神经的SCV（56．54±3．20）mPS、（51．72±1．92）mPS与MCV（47．82±2．94）mPS、（57．84±2．56）mPS水平均较之对照组显著更优，比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；实验组不良反应总发生率3．92％较之对照组显著更低，比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论糖尿病神经损害行前列地尔脂微球注射液治疗可取得显著效果，且安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of alprostadil injection on diabetic nerve damage. Methods The data of 102 patients with diabetic neuropathy who were admitted from October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were analyzed and divided into 2 groups （51 cases each）. The control group was treated with alprostadil for acupuncture. Lipid microsphere injection treatment, compared with two groups of clinical results. Results The SCV （56.54 ± 3. 20） mPS, （51.72 ± 1.92） mPS and MCV （47.82 ± 2.94） mPS, （57.84 ± 2.56） mPS in the peroneal nerve and median nerve of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total in- cidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was. 3.92% , which was significantly lower than that in control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of diabetic neuropathy with alpros- tadil impregnated microspheres can achieve remarkable results and is safe.
