摘 要:目前我国铁路集装箱多式联运处于快速发展阶段,为探究我国集装箱多式联运对物流运输效率的影响程度及影响因素,从制度效率、技术效率、运作效率3个方面入手,构建集装箱多式联运效率评价指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价法和层次分析法对武汉多式联运示范工程项目的效率水平进行测算。结果显示,该示范工程效率的评价值为0.556,与武汉市多式联运发展现状基本一致,从而验证了指标体系的可行性,为我国集装箱多式联运管理提供参考。In China, multimodal container transport remains at the stage of rapid growth. To find out the factors that influence the efficiency of logistics, this paper proposes a measurement system, that is able to assess the extent of these factors from three perspectives: the institutional efficiency, the technical efficiency, and the operational efficiency. Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, in combination with the analytic hierarchy process, the author calculates the efficiency of an exemplar multimodal project in Wuhan. The evaluation value of this project, which stands at 0.556, is consistent with the current status of multimodal transport in this city. This result proves the feasibility of the proposed system of measurement, and it is expected to serve as reference points for the future development of this practice in China.
