摘 要:采用共聚法制备聚硅铁镁复合絮凝剂(PSFM),优化了PSFM絮凝剂的制备工艺参数,探讨了PSFM的絮凝效果及其絮凝机制。结果表明,PSFM适宜的制备条件为:n(Fe+Mg)∶n(Si)=4∶1,n(Fe)∶n(Mg)=3∶1,碱化度B=0.4,c(SiO_2)=0.4 mol/L。相同实验条件下PSFM絮凝剂的絮凝效果优于其他传统市售无机絮凝剂,COD和色度去除率分别达60%和80%以上。The polysilicon(Ⅳ ⅢⅡ)-ferric(Ⅲ)-magnesium(Ⅱ)(PSFM in abbreviation) flocculant is prepared by copolymerization method and the preparation process parameters are optimized too.The flocculation effect and mechanism of PSFM are investigated. The results show that the optimal conditions for synthesis of PSFM are as follows: the alkalization degree is 0. 4,the concentration of SiO2 is 0. 4 mol·L^-1,the mole ratio of ferric(Ⅲ) plus magnesium(Ⅱ) to silicon(Ⅳ) is 4 ∶1 and the mole ratio of ferric(Ⅲ) to magnesium(Ⅱ) is 3 ∶1.Under the same experimental conditions,the flocculation performance of PSFM flocculant is superior to the conventional inorganic flocculants sold in the market.When PSFM flocculant is used to treat with landfill leachate,the COD and color removal rates of wastewater samples can exceed 60% and 80%,respectively.
