摘　　要：目的比较Wnt4＇Bmp2,PRL在一胎早孕，二胎早孕，一胎胚胎停育，二胎胚胎停育蜕膜中的表达差异，探讨它们与早孕的关系及一胎分娩史与胚胎停育的关系。方法选取一胎，二胎胚胎停育患者及正常一胎，二胎早孕自愿流产女性各30例，用免疫组化法检测蜕膜中Wnt4，Bmp2，PRL的表达。结果Wht4，Bmp2，PRL在正常早孕蜕膜中的表达显著强于胚胎停育蜕膜（P〈0．01），Wnt4，Bmp2，PRL在一胎和二胎胚胎停育蜕膜中的表达差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论早孕期蜕膜中Wnt4，Bmp2的正常表达对子宫内膜蜕膜化及维持妊娠有重要意义，单纯一胎分娩史与胚胎停育无相关性。Objective To compare the differential expression of Wnt4, Bmp2, PRL in decidua of nulliparous early pregnancy, multiparous early pregnancy, nulliparous embryonic arrest and multiparous embryonic arrest. To explore the relationship between them and early pregnancy, the relationship between one delivery history and embryonic arrest. Methods Each 30 cases of embryonic arrest nullipara, embryonic arrest multipara, early pregnancy nullipara and early pregoancy multipara who volunteered for abortion were selected. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression laf Wnt4, Bmp2, PRL in decidua. Results The expressions of Wnt4,Bmp2 and PRL in decidua of early pregnancy were significantly stronger than those of embryonic arrest （P〈0.01） . There was no significant difference between two embryonic arrest groups （p〉 0.05 ） . Conclusions The normal expression of Wnt4 and Bmp2 in decidua of,early pregnancy is important to decidualization and maintenance of pregnancy. There is no significant correlation between single one delivery history and embryonic arrest.
