土地利用环境功能与区域经济增长的耦合协调发展研究——以张家口市为例

摘　　要：为研究土地利用环境功能与区域经济之间的协调发展关系,以河北省张家口市为例,建立土地利用环境功能评价指标体系,利用综合指数法,分析张家口市土地利用环境功能演变特征;运用耦合协调度模型,探究张家口市土地利用环境功能与经济发展的耦合协调关系。结果表明,2000—2013年张家口市土地利用环境功能呈波动增长的趋势,其与经济发展的耦合关系经历了轻度失调到良好协调的上升过程。并据此,针对张家口市土地利用环境功能与社会经济之间的协调发展关系提出相关建议。Research on the coordinated development of the economy and environmental function of land use was significantly important for the achievement of sustainable use of land resources.Taking Zhangjiakou City of Hebei Province as the study area,an evaluation indicator system of environmental function of land use was constructed based on the existing research and related support theory.A comprehensive index model was used to analyze the characteristics of environmental function of land use in Zhangjiakou City from 2000 to 2013.The coupling coordination relation between the environmental function of land use and economic development was then explored by using the coupling coordination model.The results showed that：1）The environmental function of land use from time dimension displayed a fluctuant increasing trend during 2000 to 2013;2）The coupling relationship between the environmental function of land use and economic development was promoted from mild disorder level to well coordination level.Relevant suggestions were proposed in this study to achieve the coordinated development of environmental function of land use and social-economy in Zhangjiakou city.
