勐腊县森林资源调查与林业发展建议

摘　　要：采用"3S"技术和小班调查、样地调查、消耗量调查等方法,查清勐腊县各类土地面积和各类森林蓄积、林木和林地资源的种类、数量、质量,落实森林分类经营区划,分析了森林资源动态变化情况。评价结果认为:林地面积比重大,利用率高,天然林林分质量较高,森林资源呈现双增长,但天然林下降,人工林增加,龄组结构较合理,森林资源水平与垂直空间分布差异较大,自然保护区森林资源丰富,全县地类变动较大。根据森林资源现状、特点,提出了严格自然保护区管理,加强生物多样性保护,大力发展森林生态旅游,规范林下资源开发,开展公益林修编工作等林业发展建议。This paper identified the areas of different lands,stock volume of different forests,and types,quantity and quality of forest and forestland resources in Mengla County,analyzed the division of forestry classified management and the dynamic changes of forest resources based on 3 S technology and investigations on subcompartment,sample plot and consumption. The results showed that with the high utilization,the area of forestland accounted for a large proportion,that the quality of natural forest stand was high,that the area and stock volume of forest both increased with the decline of natural forest and the increase of plantation,that the structure of age group was reasonable,that the horizontal and vertical spatial distribution of forest resources differed greatly,and that the forest resources of Mengla County were abundant and the dynamic change of land type was remarkable. On account of the status and characteristics of forest resources,this paper also put forward suggestions,including strengthening the management of nature reserve and the protection of biodiversity,developing forest eco-tourism,standardizing the development of undergrowth resources under tree crowns,and carrying out the revision of public welfare forests.
