摘　　要：目的探讨运用FOCUS-PDCA方法提高DRGs数据的入组率。方法运用FOCUS-PDCA方法加强某院DRGs相关数据质量管理,比较措施实施前、后2015年11月-2016年2月和2016年3月-2016年6月的DRGs入组率、病案首页合格率、出院病案7日归档率的变化,并进行多元线性回归分析。结果质量改进措施实施后,DRGs入组率从92.68%上升至99.77%,病案首页合格率从90.41%上升至96.6%,出院病案7日归档率从77.5%上升至99.78%,3组数据比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);病案首页合格率与出院病案7日归档率呈正相关(R2=0.950,回归系数为0.286,P<0.05),DRGs入组率与病案首页合格率、出院病案7日归档率呈正相关(R2=0.895,回归系数分别为0.234、0.417,P<0.05)。结论运用FOCUS-PDCA方法可以显著提高DRGs数据入组率。Objective Using FOCUS-PDCA to improve DRGs data enrollment rate. Methods FOCUS-PDCA method was used to improve the data enrollment rate of DRGs in our hospital, then made a comparative analysis the changes of DRGs enrollment rate, medical front page pass rate, 7 days discharge medical records archiving rate before and after measures implemented, the data were subject to a multiple linear regression analysis. Results DRGs enrollment rate increased from 92.68% to 99.77%, medical front page pass rate increased from 90.41% to 96.6%, 7 days discharge medical records archiving rate increased from 77.5% to 99.78% after the implementation of quality improvement measures, the difference between the three groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.medical front page pass rate was positively correlated to the number of 7 days discharge medical records archiving rate（R2=0.950,regression coefficient 0.286,P〈0.05）, DRGs enrollment rate was positively correlated to the number of medical front page pass rate and 7 days discharge medical records archiving rate（R2=0.895, regression coefficient 0.234、0.417 respectively, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using FOCUS-PDCA method could significantly improve the DRGs data enrollment rate.
