摘  要:目的:以指纹图谱作为评价指标考察白芍-甘草浸膏制备工艺。方法:考察白芍-甘草浸膏制备过程中指纹图谱变化情况,从而判断提取、过滤、浓缩、干燥等制备工艺环节对白芍-甘草主要化学成分种类数量与转移率的影响,得出较为适宜的白芍-甘草浸膏制备工艺。结果:各制备工艺环节对白芍-甘草主要成分种类与数量影响均较小,除过滤外,其余工艺环节对其主要成分转移率影响较大。结论:指纹图谱作为评价指标可直观有效地筛选白芍-甘草浸膏制备工艺。Objective:To study the feasibility about fingerprint as the evaluation index in the preferable extractum preparation of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Glycyrrhizae. Methods: Investigated the changes of fingerprints in the preparation process of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Extractum Glycyrrhizae,and determined the effect of preparation,extraction,concentration,drying and other preparation processes on the main chemical composition,quantity and transfer rate of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Then obtained a suitable preparation process of the extractum about Radix Paeoniae Alba and Glycyrrhizae. Results: Each preparation process had little influence on the species and quantity of the main components of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Except filtration,the other processes had a great influence on the transfer rate of the main components. Conclusion: As an evaluation index,the fingerprint can be used to screen the preparation process of Paeoniae Radix Extractum Glycyrrhizae effectively.
