摘 要:针对声发射信号数据量大、分析和保存困难的缺点,提出一种峰值保持降采样(PHDS)和谱峭度(SK)算法相结合的声发射信号数据缩减技术。采用双转子试验台开展中介轴承外圈故障模拟实验并采集声发射信号。同时,建立动力学模型对外圈故障进行数值仿真。利用PHDS-SK技术对实验和仿真结果进行数据缩减。结果表明:实验和仿真信号数据量分别缩减为原始数据的1/1250和1/400,故障信号数据缩减的同时保留了中介轴承外圈故障的周期冲击特征,并在缩减后的信号中准确提取出中介轴承外圈故障频率。In order to solve the problems of large amount of data and difficulty in analysis and storage of acoustic emission signals, a data reduction technique based on peak hold down sampling (PHDS) and spectral kurtosis (SK) algorithm is proposed. The double rotor test rig is used to simulate the outer ring fault of the intershaft bearing, and the acoustic emission signal is collected. At the same time, the dynamic model is established to simulate the outer ring fault. PHDS-SK technology is used to reduce the experimental and simulation results. The results show that the experimental and simulated signal data are reduced to 1/1250 and 1/400 of the original data respectively. The periodic impulse characteristics of the inter-shaft bearing fault are retained while the fault signal data is reduced. The outer ring fault frequency of the inter-shaft bearing is extracted accurately.
