摘  要:针对煤矿井下采矿生产效率较低,急需改进生产设备控制水平的现状,结合国家相关规程规范的要求与煤矿当前设备状况,进行了煤矿生产过程综合自动化控制系统设计的研究。建立符合现代生产要求、覆盖煤矿各矿井的实时生产控制监控网络,实现煤炭生产采掘运的综合生产过程监控自动化,进而设计了整合煤矿生产管理系统和生产过程的煤矿综合自动化控制系统,以实现生产信息采集为目的,根据现代化企业"管控一体化"要求,建立全矿井"综合自动化"。实践表明该系统能够保障煤矿生产安全,可以提高生产设施设备利用率。Aiming at the low production efficiency of underground coal mines and the urgent need to improve the status of production equipment control, combined with the requirements of relevant national codes and regulations and the current equipment status of coal mines, the design of an integrated automation control system for the coal production process is studied. Establish a real-time production control and monitoring network that meets the requirements of modern production and covers the mines of coal mines. Achieve the monitoring and automation of coal production and mining operation of the integrated production process. Design integrated coal mine automation control system which integrates the coal mine production management system and the production process. Achieve the production information collection and the modern enterprise "control integration" requirements, and establish a full mine "integrated automation". Practice shows that the system can guarantee the safety of coal production and improve the utilization of coal mine facilities and equipment.
