摘  要:从高压加热器结构及工作原理为出发点,介绍了高加水位自动控制的重要性,针对某600 MW机组卧式高压加热器水位波动大问题进行分析,制定了高加水位自动控制逻辑增加前馈的优化措施,其前馈逻辑通过Matlab数值分析软件进行最小二乘法曲线拟合得到,利用拟合优度逐一排除对高加水位影响因素,最终通过现场试验证明了该方法的可行性,彻底解决了高加水位波动大问题并取得了良好的水位调节品质,为今后生产实践提供了参考。Taking the structure and working principle of the high pressure heater as a starting point, the importance of high water level automatic control is illustrated. In a 600 MW unit horizontal high pressure heater water level fluctuation problem analysis, the high water level automatic control logic adding feedforward optimization measures are formulated, the feedforward logic is carried on through the least squares curve fitted by Matlab numerical analysis software. Using goodness-of-fit to rule out factors influencing high water one by one, finally the feasibility of this method has been proved by field test, which completely solves the problem of the high water level fluctuation and has obtained the good quality of the water level control, providing references for the future production practice.
