摘 要:为了探索独脚金内酯及其抑制剂对卷丹珠芽生长发育的影响,本试验以卷丹百合(Lilium lancifolium)为材料,分别用浓度为10μmol/L的外源GR-24和Tis-108溶液在叶腋处进行喷施,并测定卷丹百合及其珠芽的各项生理特性和形态指标,进行相关分析。结果表明:喷施浓度为10μmol/L的GR-24和Tis-108溶液,对卷丹的株高、茎粗、除花葶外的总叶片数、单株花蕾数、花期等均有明显的变化;Tis-108处理的卷丹花葶以下的珠芽直径、珠芽数量均大于CK处理和GR-24处理;与CK处理相比,GR-24处理延迟了珠芽的发生,Tis-108处理对珠芽的生长发育有促进作用。本研究有助于建立促进百合珠芽分生的方法,进而为解决生产实际提供方法和指导,并为下一步解析百合珠芽发生分子机理及相关调控基因研究提供理论基础。In order to explore the effects of strigolactone(SL) and its inhibitor on the growing development of lily bulbils,Lilium lancifolium was used as experimental materials in this study.The axils of lily were sprayed with the concentration of 10 μmol/L of GR-24 and Tis-108 during its growing period.The physiological characteristics and morphological indexes of the plants were measured.The results indicated that the plant height,stem diameter,number of leaves under the scape,number of flowers per plant and the florescence showed obvious changes with different hormone treatments; Compared with CK treatment and GR-24 treatment,Tis-108 treatment resulted in the larger diameter of bulbils and more bulbils under the scape; Compared with CK treatment,GR-24 treatment delayed the occurrence of bulbils in the leaf axils,while Tis-108 treatment promoted the occurrence and growth.This study is helpful to establish a method to promote the differentiation of lilybulbils,and to provide the method and guidance for the production practice,as well as to provide a theoretical basis for the further analysis of molecular mechanism and related regulatory genes of lily bulbil.
