摘　　要：随着互联网技术的发展,传统版权与互联网技术的融合深刻影响了版权的形式和权利属性,从而形成了网络版权。同时,网络版权的内容提供者和运营商也面临着网络版权融资需求旺盛和融资渠道不畅的矛盾。在我国网络版权制度日益完善,网络版权产业快速发展有利环境下,随着我国移动支付体系的建成和消费者付费意识逐渐养成带来了稳定和持续的基于网络版权的现金流。此时针对网络版权细分类别以及不同市场主体设计和试点开展网络版权证券化不仅必要,而且可行。为保证网络版权证券化的有效运行,还需构建和完善包括网络版权管理、基础资产设计、征信增级措施以及价值评估等方面的配套制度。With the development of internet technology, the integration of traditional copyright and internet technology has profoundly influenced the form and right attributes of copyright, thus forming the network copyright. At the same time, the content providers and operators of network copyright are confronted with the contradiction of strong financing demand and poor financing channels of network copyright. Under the circumstance of the increasingly perfect China＇s network copyright system in our country and the rapid development of network copyright industry, with the establishment of China＇s mobile payment system and the gradual development of consumers＇ payment awareness brought a stable and sustained cash flow based on network copyright. At this moment, it is not only necessary but also feasible to design and pilot network copyright according to sub-categories and different market entities. In order to ensure the effective operation of copyright securities, it is also necessary to establish and improve supporting systems including online copyright management, basic assets design, credit enhancement measures and value assessment.
