摘 要:羽绒是皖西白鹅重要的经济性状之一,育肥过程中可能通过BMP2等相关基因表达调控影响羽毛发育。试验以1日龄240只皖西白鹅为对象,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,于70日龄开始育肥。组1为对照组,组2、组3和组4分别为相当于15%、30%和45%干物质青饲料添加组。分别于1、28、42和100日龄采集第2~3胸椎对应皮肤样,RT-PCR法检测BMP2基因各时期的相对表达量。100日龄收集羽毛,国标法检测千朵绒重、绒朵长、残脂率、耗氧量和蓬松度。15%青料组千朵绒重为3.04 g,显著高于45%青料添加组(P=0.049),补饲青料对绒朵长度和残脂率无显著影响。30%~45%青料组羽绒耗氧量显著低于对照组(P=0.018);补饲各组鹅羽绒蓬松度显著高于对照组;BMP2基因表达量在1、28和42日龄间无显著差异。100日龄时,各青料组间BMP2表达量均显著高于对照组(P=0.008);BMP2表达量与羽毛各项品质间无显著相关。15%~30%青料补饲能显著促进皖西白鹅千朵绒重和蓬松度,降低羽毛耗氧量。BMP2基因并非通过羽绒品质影响羽毛发育。Feather quality, the most important trait in Wanxi White geese, might be affected by the green forage addition through the regulation of the BMP2 genes. In this experiment, a total of 240 Wanxi white geese were divided into four groups with 3 replicates in each group(20 per replicate). Group 1 was the control group without feeding green forage addition. Geese in group 2, group 3 and group 4 were fed the diet with 15%, 30% and 45%(relative to dry matter) substitution, respectively. Fattening was started at 70 days of age. Skin samples were collected at 1, 28, 42 and 100 days of age for the BMP2 m RNA quantification. The feather quality(weight of one thousand feather, length of feather, rate of residual adipose, oxygen consumption, and fluffy volume) was determined at 100 days of age according to the national standards. Geese fed diet with 15% green forage substitution exhibited a higher weight of one thousand feathers as compared to geese with 45% green forage substitution(P = 0.049). The length of feather and rate of residual adipose were not affected by green forage substitution. Oxygen consumption was higher in the control group as compared to the geese fed diet with 30%-45% green forage substitution(P = 0.018). The fluffy volume was higher in the geese fed green forage as compared to the geese from the control group. The expression level of BMP2 exhibited no significant difference among stages before 100 days of age. At 100 days of age, the BMP2 expression level was higher in the geese fed the green forage compared to the geese from the control group(P = 0.008). The expression level of BMP2 exhibited no significant correlation with feather quality. In conclusion, 15%-30% green forage substitution could therefore increase the feather weight and fluffy volume and decrease the oxygen consumption, while the feather development regulated by BMP2 did not affect the feather quality.
