摘  要:为探讨东寨港红树林边缘区湿地沉积物有机碳分布特征,采集东寨港红树林湿地光滩、林缘和林内0~40 cm柱状沉积物,在室内测定沉积物样品总有机碳含量、粒度和p H等指标。结果表明,东寨港红树林湿地0~40 cm柱状沉积物总有机碳的含量为1.80~100.73 g·kg^(-1),平均值为(26.24±2.64)g·kg^(-1),该值处于我国红树林沉积物总有机碳的含量的中上水平。受红树林根系生产力的影响,光滩0~40 cm柱状沉积物总有机碳含量的垂向分布表现为C层>B层>D层>A层、林缘表现为B层>D层>A层>C层、林内表现为A层>C层>B层>D层。红树林表层总有机碳含量与其地上生物量呈正相关关系,红树林植被覆盖区沉积物的总有机碳含量明显高于无植被地区,因此不同类型湿地的表层沉积物总有机碳含量呈现出林内>林缘>光滩的趋势。相关性分析表明:表层沉积物有机碳在林内和光滩表现出明显的细颗粒富集,林缘却较为微弱,光滩、林缘、林内表层沉积物的p H与有机碳含量呈显著负相关。In order to investigate the distribution characteristics of organic carbon in the sediments of wetlands in the mangrove marginal area of Dongzhaigang, in the paper, columnar sediment samples from the mangrove wetland of the inside of forest, edge of forest and light beach at the depth of 0-40 cm were taken, the TOC, particle size and p H of the sediment samples were measured indoors. The results showed that the average TOC in 0-40 cm mangrove sediments of Dongzhai Harbor was between 1.80-100.73 g·kg(-1), with an average value of(26.24±2.64) g·kg(-1). This value is in the middle and upper levels of TOC in mangrove sediments in China. Affected by mangrove root productivity, the vertical distribution of TOC in columnar sediments from 0-40 cm in light beach shows C〉B〉D〉A layer, the forest edge is BDA C layer and inside of forest is A〉C〉B〉D. There is a positive correlation between the TOC content of the mangrove and its aboveground biomass, and the TOC content of the sediments in the mangrove vegetation cover area is significantly higher than that in the non-vegetated area. Therefore, the TOC content of the surface sediments of different types of wetland appears with the trend of inside of forest forest edge mud flats. The correlation analysis showed that TOC in the surface sediments showed obvious fine-grained enrichment in the inside of forest and light beach, edge of forest was relatively weak, and the p H of surface sediments was significantly negatively correlated with TOC.
