摘 要:为了了解B3超家族在棉花纤维发育及色素代谢过程中的作用,应用生物信息学的方法,对陆地棉B3超家族中的ARF和LAV亚族成员的序列特征、染色体定位、保守基序、基因结构、系统进化以及表达模式进行分析。结果表明,在陆地棉基因组中鉴定出49个GhARF和8个GhLAV,通过表达模式分析表明,GhARF17、GhARF18、GhARF20、GhARF21、GhARF43、GhARF44、GhARF45、GhARF47、GhARF49以及GhLAV1、GhLAV3和GhLAV6在纤维不同发育时期的表达模式和纤维中原花青素含量变化趋势相符,推测可能参与纤维成色过程。To understand the role of B3 superfamily in the process of upland cotton fiber development and pigment metabolism by using bioinformatics methods, ARF and LAV subfamily members of the B3 superfamily in upland cotton were characterized by sequence, chromosome location, conserved motifs, gene structure, phylogenetic evolution, and expression patterns. The results showed that ARF and LAV subfamily members of the B3 superfamily in upland cotton were screened and identified 49 GhARF and 8 GhLAV in the genome of upland cotton. Through the expression pattern analysis, GhARF17, GhARF18, GhARF20, GhARF21, GhARF43, GhARF44, GhARF45, GhARF47, GhARF49, GhLAV1, GhLAV3, and GhLAV6 represented the expression pattern of the fiber at different developmental stages, which are consistent with the change trend of the contents of proanthocyanidins in the fiber and presumably involved in the process of pigment synthesis.
