氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合地氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合地氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果。方法 选取过敏性鼻炎患者２００例，采用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组，每组１００例，对照组患者采用氮卓斯汀喷剂的治疗方法，观察组采用氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合地氯雷他定的治疗方法，比较分析两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组总有效率（９６．００％）高于对照组（８０．００％），两组差异有统计学意义（χ２＝６．２３５，Ｐ＜０．０５）；治疗后，观察组的流涕（１．１±０．２）分、鼻痒（１．２±０．７）分、鼻塞（１．１±０．３）分、喷嚏（０．８±０．３）分和下鼻甲肿胀（０．９±０２）分等积分较对照组［（１．４±０．９）分、（１．９±０．６）分、（１．８±０．８）分、（１．７±０．７）分、（１．９±０．９）分］明显降低（ｔ＝５．１５４、５．２２６、６．１５８、５．０２１、５．０１１，均Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论 氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合地氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎，不仅可迅速缓解患者的临床症状、提高临床总有效率，且安全有效，值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of azelastin nasal spray combined with desloratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Two hundred patients with allergic rhinitis were selected. According to the digital meter method, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated by azelastin nasal spray, the observation group was given azelastin nasal spray combined with desloratadine. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group（96.00% ） was higher than that of the control group（80.00% ） ,the difference was statistically significant （ X2 = 6.235, P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the scores of runny nose, nasal itching, nasal congestion, sneezing and the inferior turbinate swelling in the observation group were （ 1.1 ± 0.2） points, （ 1.2 ± 0.7 ） points, （ 1.1 ± 0.3 ） points, （0. 8± 0.3 ） points, （ 0.9 ± 0.2 ） points, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group [ （ 1,4 ± 0.9） points, （ 1.9 ± 0.6） points, （ 1.8 ±0.8 ） points, （ 1.7 ± 0.7 ） points, （ 1.9 ± 0.9） points ] （ t = 5. 154,5. 226,5.154,5. 226,5.011, all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Azelastin nasal spray combined with desloratadine tablets in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can quickly relieve the patients＇ clinical symptoms,improve the effective rate, and it is safe and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
