摘　　要：目的评估上海市奉贤区居民登革热知晓现状及防控状况,为有效开展登革热防治工作提供科学依据。方法通过定额抽样方法,抽取辖区450名居民,进行登革热知晓状况的面对面问卷调查,采用秩和检验和ordinal-logistic回归方法对居民知晓率状况及其影响因素进行分析。结果 398(88.6%)人听说过登革热,居民对登革热的临床症状、媒介种类、媒介环境知晓率较低,56.03%的居民家中使用蚊帐、纱窗等防蚊设施。76.13%居民通过电视获取相关知识。统计分析发现,年龄、文化程度、职业、地区为居民登革热知晓率的影响因素。结论上海市奉贤区居民对登革热的基本知识有所了解,但认识的深度不够,应结合人群特点进一步加强登革热宣传工作,努力提高居民登革热知晓水平。[Objective]To identify the current status of awareness and control of dengue fever in Fengxian District of Shanghai,provide the scientific evidence for dengue fever prevention and control. [Methods] 450 residents in the area were included by quota sampling for a face to face questionnaire investigation. The data of awareness of dengue fever and its related factors were statistically analyzed using the rank sum test and ordinal-logistic regression method. [Results] 398（88.6%） residents heard of dengue fever,a relatively fewer of them knew the clinical symptoms,vectors and their environments,56.03% of their homes were equipped with anti-mosquito facilities like mosquito nets,screen windows. 76.13% of the residents obtained the relevant knowledge through TV. The age,education levels,occupations and resident areas were the influencing factors of awareness rate of dengue fever. [Conclusion] People in Fengxian District have a related basic understanding of dengue fever. However,much more health propaganda and promotion should be enhanced combined with residents features to improve the awareness of dengue fever.
