摘 要:溜井振动放矿机是利用强力振动对散体矿岩实现强化放矿的出矿设备,具有安全、可靠、效率高、劳动强度低等优点,在我国金属地下矿山中广泛应用。为了解决振动放矿机普遍存在的放矿能力不足和台板板结问题,从定量和定性两方面入手,分析各种主要影响因素,提出将台板倾角由14°加大到16°、调节激振中心至参振中心之后、减少涌水进入溜井和配矿等措施,最终解决了放矿机台板板结问题,生产能力也达到了设计值。Chute vibratory ore-drawing machine is the effective dispersed ore-bearing rock removal machine based on strong vibration method,it is characterized by safety,reliable,high-efficiency and low labor strength,therefore,it is widely used in underground metal mines in our country. In order to solve the problem of inadequate ore-drawing capacity and bedplate harden of vibratory ore-drawing machine,the related influence factors are analyzed from the perspectives of quantitative and qualitative,the countermeasures of improving the bedplate angle from 14°to 16°,adjusting the excitation center to the back of vibration center,reducing the flow of water into well and ore matching are proposed,the above problems existed in vibratory ore-drawing machine are solved effectively,besides that,the design value of production capacity of the vibratory ore-drawing machine is achieved.
