摘  要:西红花苷为自然界存在的唯一水溶性类胡萝卜素,主要包括西红花苷-1、西红花苷-2、西红花苷-3、西红花苷-4和顺式西红花苷-1。与其他广泛分布于多种植物的各类天然产物不同,西红花苷仅来源于中药西红花和栀子,在这2味中药中含量较高,并具有广泛药理活性。因此,为更深入研究西红花苷类成分药用价值,对这类成分的分离纯化、分析测定及构效关系进行深入研究尤为重要。本文综合近30年来相关文献报道,从西红花苷分离纯化、分析测定及构效关系3个方面进行概述并汇总相关文献,为西红花苷深入研究及开发利用提供参考依据。Crocins are the only water-soluble carotenoids in nature,and consist of crocin-1,crocin-2,crocin-3,crocin-4 and cis-crocin-1.Unlike other chemicals widely distributed in various natural herbal remedies,crocins are exclusively contained in traditional Chinese medicines including gardenia and saffron with high content.These carotenoids have extensive pharmacological activities.Therefore,in order to further study the medicinal value of crocins,it is crucial to investigate the separation,purification,determination and structure-activity relationship of crocins.Current review summarizes the separation,purification,determination and structure-activity relationship of crocins based on the references of the past 30 years,and therefore facilitates further research and development of crocins.
