摘 要:目的了解广州市白云区不同片区白纹伊蚊对常用卫生杀虫剂的敏感性现状,为合理使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法在广州市白云区各街镇采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,在实验室繁殖一代后,采用幼虫浸渍法进行测定。结果广州市白云区白纹伊蚊对5种常用杀虫剂均产生了一定抗药性,其中高效氯氰菊酯和双硫磷为中抗,残杀威为敏感,氯菊酯和溴氰菊酯为低抗。南片区抗性最严重,已无敏感杀虫剂;其次为西北中片区;相对较轻的为东片区,仅对1种杀虫剂敏感。结论今后应加强敏感性监测,采取综合治理措施,科学合理使用杀虫剂,规范药物配比、施药步速、消杀频次等,延缓抗药性的产生。Objective To understand the status quo of Aedes albopictus larvae in different areas of Baiyun District,and to provide the basis for the rational use of pesticides. Methods The larvae of Aedes albopictus were collected in the street town of Baiyun District. After 1 generation in the laboratory,the larvae were used for the determination. Results Baiyun District Aedes albopictus had a certain resistance to five commonly used insecticides. Among them,beta-cypermethrin and bisulfide were sensitive to Zhongxie,and the permethrin and deltamethrin were low resistance; south area of the most serious resistance,has no sensitive pesticides,followed by the west,north,the middle area,relatively light for the east area,only one sensitive to pesticides. Conclusion In the future,we should strengthen the sensitivity monitoring,take comprehensive management measures,scientific and rational use of pesticides,standard drug ratio,application pace,eliminate frequency,etc,delay the emergence of drug resistance.
