河北省张家口市万全区羊棚庄村人间布鲁氏菌病流行情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析引起某地山区布鲁氏菌病的高发原因、流行特点,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法应用Excel 2010进行数据录入,建立数据库进行汇总,应用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果羊棚庄村是全区布病发病率最高的村,3年累积发病率8.14%,男、女性别比为2.5∶1,5~7月病例占病例总数的71.43%,50~69岁组病例占病例总数的85.71%,病例职业均为羊养殖,临床分期中慢性期或亚急性期占病例总数的71.43%。结论加强山区家庭散养羊的管理,杜绝外地未检疫及病羊流入,做到人畜疫情信息互通,将病人纳入居民医疗保险,提高群众防范布病的自觉性及技能,是防控布病的主要措施。Objective To analyze the causes and characteristics of brucellosis in mountain areas and provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of brucellosis. Methods Excel 2010 was used to inputing data,establish database,and carry on the summary. Descriptive epidemiological methods were used for analysis. Results Yangpengzhuang Village has the highest incidence of the district,with a 3-year cumulative incidence of 8. 14%,sex ratiobeing 2. 5∶ 1,cases from May to July accounted for 71. 43% of the total cases,and cases of the 50 ～ 69 years old accounted for 85. 71%,all of theiroccupation being sheep farming. In the clinical stages,71. 43% of the total cases were chronic or subacute. Conclusion The main measures for the prevention and control of brucellosis are to strengthen the management of family cage-free sheep in mountainous areas,prevent the inflow of sheep diseased or not being quarantined from other places,exchange the epidemic information of human and animal,include the patient into the residents medical insurance,and improve the consciousness and skills of the masses for the prevention of brucellosis..
