摘  要:通过腐蚀试验,分析研究了钛合金波纹管以及未进行成形加工的钛合金直管在8 mol/L硝酸腐蚀液中耐腐蚀性能。根据试验数据计算两种状态的钛合金材料腐蚀率,进而得到年平均腐蚀速率。同时用显微镜观测腐蚀后波纹管波峰波谷各处的形貌,验证了钛合金波纹管耐硝酸腐蚀性能。Through corrosive tests,the corrosion analysis of titanium alloy bellows and unformed straight titanium alloy tubes was carried out in 8 mol/L nitric acid etching solution. The corrosion rates of titanium alloy materials in two states were calculated based on the test data,and the average annual corrosion was obtained. At the same time,the morphology of bellows peaks and valleys after corrosion was observed by a microscope to verify the corrosion resistance of titanium alloy bellows.
