摘 要:介绍了超低温阀门密封部位泄漏与其密封材料低温性能和密封比压补偿结构的关系,分析了阀门密封失效机理、材料选用、密封结构特点和密封比压计算过程,总结了阀门样机低温性能试验验证结果。针对超低温下因阀门密封比压下降造成的密封失效问题,提出一种比压补偿结构,使阀门在超低温下自动补偿由于温差带来的密封比压下降,强化密封性能。This paper introduces the relations between the sealing failure of cryogenic valve and the lowtemperature performance of the sealing material and sealing specific pressure compensation structure,analyses valve seal failure mechanism,material selection,sealing structure features and seal specific pressure calculation process,summarizes verification results for cryogenic performance test of valve prototype. With regard to the sealing failure caused by pressure drop under cryogenic,a specific pressure compensation structure is proposed,that not only can self-compensate the seal specific pressure drop caused by the temperature difference under cryogenic,but also can strengthen the sealing effect.
