摘　　要：达芬奇机器人手术系统因其出色的视频系统及灵活的操作系统优势,结合泌尿外科手术特点,我们总结在:(1)狭小空间内重建类手术;(2)纵深范围内复杂操作类手术;(3)多维多角度缝合类手术;(4)复杂肾肿瘤的限时类手术;(5)巨大腹膜后肿瘤的分离手术;(6)腔静脉癌栓类手术;(7)腹膜后淋巴清扫重要大血管周边的精细手术等类别中相比传统腹腔镜技术具有无可比拟的优势,为患者得到更高水平的治疗提供了可能。The Da Vinci robotic surgery system has excellent video system and flexible operating system,which has advantages over laparoscopic technology in many urological operations,including reconstructive surgeries in narrow space,complex operations in depth,suture operations in multi-dimension and multi-angle,time-limited complex renal tumors,separation of huge retroperitoneal tumors,inferior vena cava thrombectomy,delicate operations around important large vessels such as retroperitoneal lymph node dissection.The application of Da Vinci robotic surgery system provides patients with better treatment.
