摘　　要：目的:探索云南花朵的抗肿瘤活性。方法:花朵烘干后磨成粉末,用乙醇提取后浓缩得花朵提取物。将体外培养的肿瘤细胞分成对照组和试验组,每组设6个复孔。用MTS法测试花朵提取物对乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞的抑制作用。将有对乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞增殖有较好抑制作用的花朵提取物进一步进行肿瘤活性测试。将该花朵提取物分为不同浓度,测试其对乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞和肺癌A549细胞的抑制活性。结果:在采集来的10种花朵中,葱莲对乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞具有较好的抑制活性,抑制率(43.07±4.52%)与阳性对照药物(47.62±3.24%)接近。进一步研究发现,葱莲对乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞和肺癌A549细胞均有抑制活性,并且呈剂量效应关系。结论:葱莲花朵提取物具有较好的抗肿瘤应用前景。ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of ten flowers in Yunnan province on cancer cells. Methods Flowers were dried, pulverized and extracted with ethanol. The cancer cell proliferation inhibition of the extracts of flowers was tested by MTS assays. Human cancer cells were cultured in vitro and divided into control and test groups. Every group was set 6 wells. The positive control group was treated with 5mg/L of arsenic trioxide. The negative control group was treated l%e of DMSO. Test groups were treated with 20 mg/ L of the extracts of flowers. The extract which showed excellent inhibition of breast cancer MDA-MB-23 cells proliferation was further tested several concentrations on breast cancer MDA-MB-23 cells and lung cancer A549 cells. Results Extract of Zephyranthes eandida (Lindl.) Herb showed excellent inhibition of breast cancer MDA-MB-23 cells proliferation the concentration of 20 mg/L. The inhibition rate （43.07 ±4. 52%) was appreciated to that of the positive control group （47.62 ±3.24%). The further investigation shows that the extract inhibited cell proliferation of breast cancer MDA-MB-23 cells and lung cancer A549 cells in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion The extract of Zephyranthes candida (Lindl.) Herb showed an excellent profile in anti-tumor.
