摘 要:介绍了迁钢转炉复吹的发展历程,并对迁钢新开发的转炉全炉役底吹稳定控制技术(SEBC)进行了介绍。采用该技术后,解决了低底吹搅拌强度下的转炉底吹效果难以稳定控制的难题,实现了转炉全炉役碳氧积稳定控制,平均碳氧积不高于0.002 0,即使在炉龄6 000炉次以后,碳氧积依旧能够保持稳定控制。以1号转炉为例,转炉复吹效果的提高和稳定带来转炉溅渣成本降低31.83%,转炉补炉料成本降低38.28%,转炉脱磷率由85%提高到87%,终渣TFe质量分数由17.29%降低到15.60%,溅渣时间缩短45s,氧活度降低1.64×10-4。The development process of steel converter blowing moved and moved to the new development of the whole steel converter bottom blowing furnace life stability control technology(SEBC)were introduced.By using the new technology,the problem of stably controlling the effect of bottom blown converter under the stirring intensity of low bottom blowing was solved,and the stable control of the full furnace service product of carbon and oxygen was achieved,the average carbon oxygen product was less than 0.002 0,even when the furnace life was over 6 000 heats,the carbon oxygen product was still able to maintain a stable control.The increase and stability of the combined blown effect,taking the No.1 converter as an example,made the slag splashing cost reduced by 31.83% ,the converter fettling material cost reduced by 38.28% ,dephosphorization rate increased from 85% to 87% ,the final slag w(TFe)decrease from 17.29% to 15.60% ,the slag splashing time shorten 45 s,and the oxygen activity reduced by 1.64×10-4.
