摘　　要：分析了企业开展管理体系内部审核工作的目的与意义。依据质量、环境、职业健康安全管理体系标准,企业通过建立管理体系管理手册,提出内部审核工作要求。依据管理手册内部审核工作要求,制定内部审核工作程序,提出内部审核工作采取的主要措施和方法,其措施和方法具有较突出的管理创新性,通过近3年来内部审核结果分析,内部审核工作发挥了较好的作用,促进了管理体系的持续改进和有效运行,具有较好的推广与应用价值。The aim and significance of carrying out internal audit work of management system among an enterprise were analyzed.According to the standard of quality,environment and professional health safety management system,by means of establishing a management system management manual,the internal audit job requirement was proposed by the company.In line with the job requirement of management manual internal audit,the working routine of internal audit was formulated,the major measure and method of internal audit work were proposed,its measure and method were innovative and creative.By means of analyzing internal audit result in near three years,the internal audit work played a relatively good role,promoted the continuous improvement and effective operation of management system.Thus,these measures and method can be further promoted and applied.
