膝关节内游离体的病理组织学观察

摘　　要：对我所25例膝关节损伤患者的70个膝关节内游离体进行了常规病理组织学观察,发现游离体中最多的是透明软骨,其次是滑膜、复合体、纤维软骨、骨和其它组组。这些游离体大多变性或坏死。结合临床资料分析,这些游离休的存在与膝关节损伤疾患的类型有密切关系。70 loose bodies from 25 cases with knee joint injuries were studied with conventional histopathologicalmethod hi the latest two years. The result showed these loose bodies were varied in nature, with hyalinecartilage at most followed by synovium, the complex, fibrocartilage, fragments of bone and other softtissues. Degeneration or necrosis was found in most of these loose bodies. Clinical aualysis revealed thepresence of these loose bodies correlated well with the type of the knee joint injuries.
