摘　　要：房产测量主要是测定和调查房屋及其用地状况,为房产产权、房籍管理、房地产开发利用、征收税费及城镇规划建设提供测量数据和资料,是常规的测绘技术与房产管理业务相结合的测量工作。房产测量与城市地形测量、地籍测量有相同之处,但由于服务对象不同,内容和要求又有所不同。Real estate measurement is mainly to measure and investigate housing and its land use status,and provide data and data for property rights,housing management,real estate development and utilization,tax collection,and urban planning and construction. The measurement of real estate is the measurement of the combination of the conventional surveying and mapping technology and the real estate management business. Real estate measurement is the same as urban topographic survey and cadastral survey,but the contents and requirements are different because of the different service objects.
