摘 要:为了更好地保证沥青低温拌合质量和应用性能,优选不同类型PE蜡及沥青材料,制备了多种具有温拌功效的改性沥青材料,借助三大指标试验系统研究了PE蜡类型及掺量对沥青高低温性能的影响,采用粘度试验全面评价了不同类型PE蜡改性沥青的流变性能,在此基础上,采用SEM及FTIR分析手段深入探究了PE蜡的温拌改性机理。试验结果表明,PE蜡的掺加能够显著提高沥青材料的高温性能,但对于沥青的低温性能具有一定程度的不利影响,同时,其能够明显降低沥青粘度,改善沥青的流变性能,对于降低沥青拌合温度,提升沥青在低温状况下的拌合施工具有良好的效果。In order to confirm the application performance and the mixing quality of asphalt at low .temperature,different kinds of PE wax and asphalts were selected and a few kinds of warm mixing modified asphalts were prepared. The effects of PE wax type and dosage on the high and low temperature properties were studied through using three indices test. The rheo!ogical property of PE wax modified asphalt was studied by Breokfield viscosity test. Finally,the warm mixing mechanism of PE wax on the asphalt was studied based on the SEM and FTIR analysis. The results show that the application of PE wax could improve the high temperature performance of asphalt,but has bad effect on the low temperature performance of asphalt. Meanwhile,PE wax could reduce the viscosity of asphalt and improve the rheological property of asphalt,which provide good technique for the low temperature construction of asphalt concrete.
